Tapestries are meant to hang on the wall. The wine tapestry images show an example of a Rod, Finial and (if applicable) Tassel combination we feel best suits the tapestry. The Rod, Finial and Tassel shown are not included in the price of the tapestry, but can easily be added.
If you have sheetrock walls (sheetrock has a high lime content) do not hang your tapestries directly against the wall. Over time, the lime in the sheetrock will adversely affect your tapestry. Utilize brackets that will keep the tapestry 1-2 inches off the walls.
If you have plaster walls, feel free to hang your tapestry against the wall, or 1-2 inches off the wall to showcase your wine tapestry.
Do not hang a tapestry in direct sunlight. As with any work of art, oil, paper and direct sunlight will fade the art over time. Our beautiful tapestries are made in the USA using only quality materials. They are meant to be enjoyed for a lifetime.
