This gorgeous 14kt. gold Diamond and Pearl One Leaf Grape Necklace has thirteen 3mm. freshwater pearls individually hand mounted onto a 14kt. gold grape stem and leaf. There are eight .02ct. bright clean diamonds mounted among the grape cluster and along the edges of the leaf. Total diamond weight is .16ct.
