We became interested in wine when Lance was in the Navy and they were stationed in Alameda, California. We lived near Napa, and well, the rest is history. If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, simply send back the item(s) within 30 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. If the error is ours, we will also gladly pay for your return shipping charges when we receive your item(s). We do not refund for Express shipping charges.

For Linda Paul Art - Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning your item.
For Grace Wine Racks - These wine racks are a special-order item. They are custom made with your choice of finish color. As such, orders for these items cannot be refunded once placed. To ensure your satisfaction, please call us with any questions you have prior to ordering.
For our Personalized Signs - These wine signs are custom made with your personalization. As such, orders for these items cannot be refunded. To ensure your satisfaction, please call us with any questions you have prior to ordering.

SHIPPING
We offer FREE Ground SHIPPING within the continental United States on all items in our store. Our items are shipped by either UPS Ground, FEDEX Ground or USPS First Class Mail and will arrive in 7 to 10 business days from receipt of your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, if available.

Some of our items qualify for express, priority or international shipping. Prior to adding any item to the shopping cart, you need to contact us by email or by phone to verify that the applicable shipping is available. We can then give you the exact shipping amount to add to the shopping cart.
